Payments and Deposits

A deposit may be required before project work begins. Final payment may be required before launch, file delivery, or handoff.

Revisions

Included revisions are limited to reasonable edits within the original scope. New pages, major redesigns, custom features, or repeated redesign requests may require additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, content, approvals, access, and licensed materials needed to complete the work.

Monthly Support

Monthly support includes only the services listed in the selected plan, such as updates, backups, hosting help, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support requests.

Cancellation

Monthly support plans can be cancelled with written notice. Services remain active only while the plan is active and paid.
