Project Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable once planning, design, setup, or development work has started.

Completed Work

Payments for completed or delivered work are generally non-refundable.

Monthly Support

Monthly support fees cover active service availability, maintenance, updates, and support time. Partial-month refunds are not guaranteed.
